Thomas Greek is the Vice President of Learning & Development for Navy Federal Credit Union. His passion is helping to build better leaders at Navy Federal and in his community.

Thomas has been with Navy Federal for over 20 years and has managed several business operations including Credit Card Lending, Card Fraud Prevention, Collections, Training and Analytics. Thomas relocated to Pensacola in January 2012 from Navy Federal’s Headquarters in Vienna, VA and quickly acclimated to his new home. He believes in giving back to the community and recently served on the Board of Directors for the Escambia County Public Schools Foundation, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for ARC Gateway, the Studer Community Institute, and the Leadership Council for Take Stock in Children.

Thomas is a graduate of Navy Federal’s Executive Development Program, in partnership with the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He is an alumni of the Leadership Fairfax and Leadership Pensacola programs and studied philosophy at George Mason University.
