INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOK CHECK-OUT

Please fill out and submit the linked Google form for book check-outs.

 

  • You may only check out 1 book at a time, you must return your book before being eligible to check out another.

 

  • The check-out period for any of the available books is one month (30 days).

 

  • Books are checked out as an individual (not an organization), meaning multiple individuals from an organization may check out a book.

Center for Nonprofit Excellence Book Check-Out Process

Select one book from the linked Google check-out form, making sure to fill out your name and organization (if you belong to one).

 

  • Books may be picked up and returned during business hours: Monday-Friday between 7:30a-4:00p. Please call (850) 484 – 1568 or email nonprofitcenter@pensacolastate.edu after submitting your checkout form to let us know the date and time you’ll be picking up.

 

  • We will pull your selected book from our library prior to your pickup and have it waiting for you when you arrive. All pickups take place at the Pensacola State College Foundation Office front desk (1000 College Blvd., Bldg. 17, Pensacola, FL 32504)

 

  • Any book checked out and picked up must be returned within one month (or 30 days) from your pickup date. Book drop offs will also be made at the Pensacola State College Foundation Office front desk (1000 College Blvd., Bldg. 17, Pensacola, FL 32504)
