Ruthie Noel, Executive Director of Achieve Escambia, is one of twenty-two organizations enrolled in the Center for Nonprofit Excellence Certification Program. In her role at Achieve Escambia, Ruthie is instrumental in building the pathway that connects children, students, and families to the resources and community members that can address their needs.

Through data analysis, Achieve Escambia is able to assemble teams and collective action networks that divide and conquer problems affecting childhood development and educational accessibility at their root causes. With certification from the Pensacola State College Center for Nonprofit Excellence, the value of the work Achieve Escambia does will be more widely accessible to partners and funders who can increase their impact.

“Nonprofit work is vitally important to the success of our community,” Ruthie details. “Nonprofit professionals deserve investment in their development as well as their organization, which is why I’m grateful for this certification opportunity!”

Ruthie is optimistic of the difference professional certification will make for her organization and its constituents. “This is a rising tide that will lift all boats and result in better outcomes for the people we serve.”
