KC Gartman, Chief Development Officer
KC provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Baptist Health Care Foundation’s team, operations, and philanthropic goals. She is responsible for generating income and public awareness through philanthropic efforts targeting a broad base of individual donors, foundations, and corporate donors to benefit the entire Baptist Health Care System. KC also leads planned and endowment giving, major gifts, grant writing, corporate giving, grateful patient and family programs and campaigns.
KC has more than 15 years of non-profit experience in our community, and she is actively involved with Five Flags Rotary, United Way of West Florida, Pensacola Symphony Orchestra, First Place Partners, and IMPACT 100 Pensacola. KC earned both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of West Florida.
